Agile is great. Scrum is OK. Know the difference.

It’s easy to attribute the flaws of a specific practice to the entire concept of Agile.

The Agile Manifesto doesn’t tell you precisely what to do. Instead, it sets some guidelines to think about as you figure out what makes sense in your context.
